NATCO Pharma Limited is pleased to announce the closure of its QIP issue of 30,00,000 equity shares. The issue opened on 7th December, 2011 and was closed on the same day. The company is in the process of allocating the shares. The company is raising Rs. 675 Million through this issue, primarily to part-finance its expansion plans.
